1.1. Public Venue: The tournament venue must be open to the public.
1.2. Bracket: Registration and bracket management must be conducted using Start.gg.
1.3. Tournament Rules: The tournament must be contested under the Jazzy 7 Tournament Rules.
1.4. Advance Notice: The tournament must be submitted for inclusion in the Jazzy 7 league schedule at least 14 days before its check-in time.
1.5. Monthly Limit: A venue may host only 1 Jazzy Circuit Ranking Event per calendar month.
1.6. Exception: The Jazzy Circuit reserves the right to determine which tournaments are included in the league schedule.

2.2. Platform Mixing: Mixing different platforms for use in the same tournament is prohibited except when mixing multiple CPS-3 platforms. CPS-3 platform mixing is acceptable when accommodations are made throughout the tournament for USB input devices.
3. Start.gg
3.1. Visibility: Start.gg page 'Visibility' must be 'Discoverable'.
3.2. Address: The Start.gg page must include the venue's full address.
3.3. Schedule: The tournament 'Details' page must prominently list check-in time(s) (if separate check-in is required) and start time(s) for the Jazzy Circuit Ranking Event.
3.4. Platform: The tournament 'Details' page must prominently display the event's platform: the particular console or, for CPS-3 arcade hardware, whether superguns or cabinets will be used, along with whether or not those cabinets will support USB input devices.
3.5. League Request: Organizers must request to have their tournament entered into the league schedule using Start.gg's league-opt-in features or by contacting the Jazzy Circuit directly.
3.6. Results: The tournament's bracket must be finalized on Start.gg within 24 hours of completion.
4. Inclusiveness / Accessibility
4.1. Open to the Public: Players must be able to register on Start.gg and attend the tournament without being subject to additional processes or requirements (except as outlined below).
4.2. Entry Fees: Venues and / or organizers may charge a non-discriminatory tournament entry fee.
4.3. Age-Based Discrimination: Exclusion based on registrant age is permitted when strictly required by the venue and prominently noted on the Start.gg 'Details' page.
4.4. Banned Individuals: Venues and tournament organizers may exclude individual participants at their discretion. The Jazzy Circuit may investigate complaints of unfair exclusion.
4.5. Code of Conduct: Organizers must enforce the Jazzy Circuit Code of Conduct when hosting Jazzy Circuit Ranking Events and may enforce other codes of conduct.
4.6. Cancellation / Rescheduling: In fairness to traveling competitors, cases of event rescheduling must abide by the following rules:
The Jazzy Circuit and all registered entrants must be notified at least 14 days before the newly scheduled check-in time.
The Start.gg 'Details' page must be updated to include a notice of the rescheduling.
5. Broadcast
5.1. Livestream: At least 'top 8' of the tournament must be entirely live-streamed and the stream URL made public.
5.2. Info Reel: The stream must run a full rotation of the Jazzy Info Reel ( https://reel.jazzycircuit.org ) multiple times throughout the tournament. Suggestions include 'before top 8', 'before grand finals', 'following grand finals', etc.
5.3. V.O.D.: At least 'top 8' of the stream must be archived for a minimum of 6 months at a publicly-available URL, such as a Twitch 'Highlight', YouTube upload, etc.
